Do your kegels regularly.

Take up a form of exercise that you like. You may want to take up dancing or some form of aerobics that you can do to a video, when your baby is resting. You may even want to go for a walk with your baby.

Eat a healthy well balanced diet; eat four to five small meals a day, instead of two large ones. Avoid eating fried and fatty foods or drinking calorie rich colas. Instead, drink a lot of water and fresh fruit juices. The water will help you stay hydrated, flush out the toxins from your body, and at the same time, help you loose weight.
